Our HIPPA compliant telemedicine program has the capability to work with any of your devices - cell phone, laptops, desktop, tablets. Please allow us to help you maintain isolation and get treated without waiting room exposure.
How to make a telemedicine appointment
1. If you don’t already have an appointment scheduled (new work injuries):
If you feel that your condition can be treated by a video visit:
Please obtain treatment authorization from your supervisor and e-mail it to: email@example.com
or text the image of the authorization to 805.988.3200.
2. Call 805.988.3200 and let the operator know that you need to schedule appointment with a Coastal Occupational Medical Group provider. Please save this number in your phone as “Coastal Appointments Coordinator”, so you will recognize this number for follow-up appointments. Based on your preference, we will send you a text or email with a link which will guide you through the process of establishing a telemedicine appointment.
If you already have an appointment (existing work injuries):
You will receive a phone call 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment from 805.988.3200. Please save this number in your phone as “Coastal Appointments Coordinator”, so you will recognize this number. If the coordinator is not able to reach you by phone, they will text you. Please call them back immediately to allow sufficient time to set-up the video visit with a Coastal provider.
For all clinical visits requiring on-site treatment:
